Bathroom felt cramped and only accommodates one person at a time!!! Distance to the elevator is excessive, making it frustrating to haul luggage!!! The pool temperature was uncomfortably cold and poorly maintained!!!

I had a lovely experience at Prestige Vernon Lodge, particularly enjoying the beautiful courtyard garden and the inner atrium filled with sunlight. The staff were genuinely warm and helpful, making me feel at home throughout my stay.

Some rooms felt dated.

indoor oasis

Family suitable getaway

The restaurant had excellent food that my kids loved we found a nice spot by the pool that felt like our little oasis. Those indoor trees and plants gave a good vibe I felt at peace just sitting there soaking it all in.

It wasn’t cheap but at least it was decent enough.

The atrium with the pool was lovely, but the room was a bit smelly and heating didn’t work well. Chur for the comfy bed, though!
